Bernie
Gelb, Director of Sales for Ansonia Realty, has been a
real estate broker in New York City for over 25 years. Prior
to his tenure at The Ansonia he was responsible for the successful
conversion of two cooperative buildings, 3901 Independence
Avenue in Riverdale and Nevada Towers at 2025 Broadway in
Manhattan. Over the course of his career, he has brokered
aggregate sales in excess of $375 million.
In the same time period, Bernie has represented Sponsors and
individual unit owners in the rental of hundreds of apartments.
His vast experience and deep sense of personal integrity are
the core of his success. Sellers and landlords trust him to
get the job done. Buyers and renters immediately recognize
that they are dealing with a broker who is true to his word.
Bernie graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in
psychology. He lives with his wife and two children in Rockland
County.

Jill
Diamond has almost twenty years experience in residential
real estate. Jill has both sold and rented properties extensively
throughout Manhattan. Her career has included both on and off
-site positions with several of New York's most prestigious
marketing and sales organizations specializing in luxury real
estate.
Since joining The Ansonia Condominium Sales Office as Assistant
Director of Sales in 1996, Jill has participated in the sale
of more than 200 Sponsor apartments. She has also assisted individual
owners with resales totaling almost $50 million dollars since
the formation of Ansonia Realty in 1999, and has also helped
private owners with renting numerous apartments at The Ansonia.
A graduate of the Universite de Haute Bretagne in Rennes, France,
Jill received degrees in French literature and language. She
grew up in Rye, New York before moving with her family to New
York's Upper West Side at age sixteen. She now resides in midtown
Manhattan. |
